About Us

Born in a Kitchen. Grown by a Community.

The Beginning

What startedas a simple experiment.

In the middle of the quiet days of COVID, when the world slowed down, one kitchen came alive.

What started as a simple experiment — a wife kneading her first sourdough loaf — turned into a daily ritual. The smell of fresh bread filled the house, and soon, neighbors began to notice.

Next Step

Lechem Bakery was born from that moment.

At first, it was just a few loaves shared with friends. Then, word spread. People waited outside for the next batch to come out of the oven.

What began as a home project became a movement — a return to real bread, made with time, touch, and heart.
